We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return terms carefully before placing an order.

Change of Mind
Returns for change of mind are accepted on unused items in original condition and packaging. Items must be returned in resalable condition with all components included. Return postage and any associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Used, installed, modified, or damaged items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the issue, this may include repair, replacement, or refund. We will cover reasonable return postage costs for confirmed faults or errors.

Return Process
Customers must contact us prior to returning any item to obtain return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

This policy operates in addition to, and does not exclude, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Policy

​

We stand behind the quality of our products and workmanship.

All items are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty covers faults in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect function

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, or modification

• Damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, chemicals, or environmental conditions outside intended use

• Consumable components or parts subject to regular stress or replacement

If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed after payment has been received and cleared.

​

All items are shipped using tracked postage services to ensure safe delivery. Tracking details are provided once dispatch is completed.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

Local pickup may be available by prior arrangement.

Custom & 3D-Printed Products Policy

​

All custom, made-to-order, and 3D-printed items are manufactured specifically per order. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, the following conditions apply:

​

• No change-of-mind returns or refunds are accepted on custom or made-to-order items.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

• Minor surface variations, layer lines, or cosmetic marks inherent to the 3D printing process are not considered defects.

• Color shades and finishes may vary slightly due to material batches and print settings.

If a custom item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as approved/described, it will be covered under Australian Consumer Law and eligible for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Payment Policy

​

All payments must be completed at checkout using our approved payment methods. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment gateways made available through our website.

​

Orders will not be processed, manufactured, or shipped until payment has been successfully received and cleared.

We do not accept cash payments, bank transfers, or off-platform payment arrangements unless explicitly offered at checkout.

Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order prior to dispatch.

​

Any suspected fraudulent transactions may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion for security purposes.
