Terms and Conditions 

1. Definitions
“Company” refers to Munforte Gunsports Components.
“Products” refers exclusively to non-firearm accessories and components, including but not limited to magnetic magazine pouches.
“Customer” / “User” refers to any person who purchases, possesses, uses, or allows use of the Products.
“Firearm” has the meaning given under applicable Australian law and is expressly excluded from Products.

2. Nature of Products

Munforte Gunsports Components does not manufacture, sell, modify, or supply firearms, ammunition, or controlled weapons.
All Products are accessories/components only, intended for lawful sporting, competition, training, or storage purposes where permitted by law.

3. Lawful Use Requirement
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Products must only be used in compliance with all applicable Commonwealth, State, and Territory laws.

  • The Company does not warrant that Products are lawful in every jurisdiction.

  • It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure lawful possession and use.

4. Assumption of Risk
The Customer acknowledges that:

  • Use of shooting sports equipment and accessories involves inherent risks, including risk of injury, property damage, or death.

  • The Company has no control over how Products are installed, maintained, modified, or used.

  • The Customer voluntarily assumes all risks, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising from use or misuse of the Products.

5. No Responsibility for Misuse or Misconduct
To the fullest extent permitted by law:


The Company accepts no liability for:

  • Improper installation

  • Improper handling

  • Use outside intended sporting or training purposes

  • Use in unsafe conditions

  • Use by unqualified, untrained, or unauthorised persons

  • Use in any unlawful activity

  • The Company is not responsible for actions, decisions, or conduct of the Customer or any third party.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:


The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Loss of income, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage

  • Personal injury or property damage arising from misuse or negligence

  • Where liability cannot be excluded, the Company’s liability is limited at its option to:

  • Replacement of the Product, or

  • Refund of the purchase price.

7. Indemnity
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Munforte Gunsports Components, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of Products

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Violation of any law or regulation

  • Acts or omissions of the Customer or third parties using the Products

8. No Professional Advice
Any information provided by the Company (written, verbal, or online) is general information only and does not constitute legal, safety, or professional advice.

9. Product Modification
Any modification, alteration, or unauthorised repair of Products immediately voids any warranty or liability.


The Company bears no responsibility for modified Products.

10. Warranty Disclaimer
Except as required under Australian Consumer Law:
Products are supplied “as is” and “as available”.


The Company disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of the relevant State or Territory shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, possessing, or using any Product, the Customer confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood these Terms

  • Accept them in full

  • Agree to be legally bound by them
